What does PTO stand for? It stands for Parent-Teacher Organization, consisting of parents and teachers working together to support and enrich all MISD students. We support school staff, help promote student self-esteem, and assist in efforts to solve school needs through volunteering and fundraising. A few programs we sponsor and/or support include the Fall Festival, Teacher Appreciation Luncheon, Scholarships and more.
The PTO is a team effort in which we cannot succeed on our own. We would like to encourage every parent and/or guardian to consider helping us make our school a better place for everyone by volunteering to help any way you can. SCHOOL SUPPLY LISTS
Classroom wish lists and school supply lists can be emailed to ptomarfa@gmail.com. Mid-year wish lists for the teachers will be updated in December.
PARENTS AND TEACHERS WANTED
We meet the first Tuesday of each month at 5:00 PM in the Elementary school and through zoom. If you would like to be a part of the PTO, please email ptomarfa@gmail.com or attend a meeting.
