HB 5 Community Engagement Rating System

Texas passed a law in 2013 that requires the District Educational Improvement Council (DEIC) to review and evaluate certain criteria. The law is specific about the areas the state expects the community team to review. The district is required to submit this information to the Texas Education Agency. TEXAS ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE REPORT

Marfa ISD’s Child Nutrition Department is partial funded by the US Department of Agriculture.  To report civil rights violations please read the following and follow the links to the USDA forms. You may also contact the superintendent’s office for assistance.
